I dont know my body fat. I just think I have low fat. I did like a week of weigh lifting and then swiming without eating. When I was over I ate something. I avoid satured fat and I dont even eat 2000 calories

All i have to say is this program is great. Im 15 adn already have a 6 pack but i do this whole thing after every workout and before i go to bed at night, it really gets your abs fired up!

it depends on how much fat you have, for kid below me, i lost my abs and did this and i had them back in id say 6 weeks of doing it, i threw in my own workouts too, but you should do a workout one day and then jog or walk for about 2 hours the next then workout again, and same routine,
how many times a day is it recommended i do this? and how long will it take before i start to see abs coming thru? i want abs as quickly as possible! haha

Well I have lost 25 pounds and I avoid satured fats and trans fats. If I try to strech my skin it feel tight. How do I know if I still have too much fat ? Maybe sculping the rest may work but since I got thin I can tense my arms and they get all defined but Im not growing too much muscle. Maybe going to the gym and getting a special diet =/ my money =( **crys**
@chechacaceres – You won’t see abs until you burn the fat from your body.. The body burns fat as a whole, not one area at a time.. There isn’t a way to have sculpted abs unless the rest of your body becomes lean and sculpted as well. Checkout “scooby1961″ He’s a funny guy, and he also has some good videos on weight loss and training. Also, try reading about the simple science of the body, e.g. how fat burns, how muscle grows.. There are many resources for this information free online. Good luck
nah I dont cheat with food. Maybe Ill go to a gym and train with a personal couch. That way if I dont get results I can blame him ! lol

Are you giving your self time to recover?… like rest days? You muscles can’t grow if they don’t have the sufficient recovery time.
